Italy viewed and visited in the kitchen; These are the goals of our courses, also intended for professionals in this field. Students can interact, learn and prepare typical dishes of Italian Cuisine in an active way. A lot of attention is paid to the various lunch and dinner situations, so the students may prepare a suitable menu. The lessons also will be held at Italian homes and with Italian families, so that students fully live the experiences of good Italian cuisine.
Some activities are held in the afternoon.
